Internet Banking, Locked Out or Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password or are locked out, you can go to the online banking log in page and click on the link that says, “Forgot your password or locked out.” Enter your access ID and a link with a temporary password will be emailed to you. You then will be prompted to create a new password. If this does not work call 651-785-9320 and a Customer Service Representative can reset your password for you.
Bill Pay Help
This is part of our consumer internet banking service. Bill Pay help is provided 24 hour per day. For assistance please call 1-866-294-2139.
To receive your statement electronically you need to log in to your online banking account. On the top banner of the main screen, click on the “Options” tab, scroll to the bottom of the page to the section titled “eStatement Enrollment”, then select the account for which you would like to receive electronic bank statements.
